At the beginning of the month I shared my mini Sephora haul. Well, I’m back again with another haul perfect for those of you who have more of a drugstore-friendly budget in mind.
I made some necessary and some not-so-necessary purchases at my local CVS and I thought I’d share them with you here. Drum roll please …

Not Your Mother’s Clean Freak Dry Shampoo - I’ve been loving on this for quite some time. Since August of 2013, to be exact. I swear by this dry shampoo and use it almost daily to either prevent oil from building up, adding volume or rushing to save second-day hair … or all three at once. I love this shampoo so much that I’ve given it as a gift before and recently named it one of my top five drugstore beauty products.
Organix Coconut Water Shampoo and Conditioner - I blame this purchase on Gouldylox. I saw her post a photo of these products on Instagram while I was packing for a work trip and I decided I NEEDED new hair products for the trip. Next thing you know, I’m at CVS picking of these beauts. I won’t get too mad at Gouldylox though, as I’ve been loving this shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling silky smooth and the suds smells subtly of pina coladas. What more could a girl ask for?
Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Uptown Mauve – I’ve heard great things about Milani lipsticks and I’ve been dying to try a purple lippie, so I figured I’d kill two birds with one beautiful stone. I haven’t really tested this out yet, but I’ll let you know when I do.
Rimmel London in Glam’Eyes Quad Eyeshadow in Smokey Brun – Just like the lipstick, I haven’t given this quad a test drive yet. I got it just yesterday afternoon. Actually, as you read this, I’ll be testing this out for the first time (hooray for scheduling posts early!). Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to update you once I give it a go.
